EB-2 Eligibility Criteria

Meet ANY one of the following:

U.S. advanced degree (Master’s+) or Bachelor’s plus 5 years progressive experience
Exceptional ability in science, arts, business, or education with national/international recognition
Approved PERM labor certification or qualifying for National Interest Waiver (NIW)
Employer support letter or self-petition evidence for NIW
Clean criminal record and good health

STEP 6

Receive E2 Visa

Once approved, the consulate returns your passport with the E2 visa.
