EB-1A Service Flow

STEP 1

Document Preparation

Collect and prepare all materials per USCIS requirements and submit complete petition.

STEP 2

File I-140

Submit complete I-140 packet; premium processing in 15 business days, regular in 6-12 months.

STEP 3

I-140 Approval

Receive the I-140 approval notice.

STEP 4

Submit to NVC

Forward case to NVC (or adjust status domestically), then to U.S. consulate.

STEP 5

Medical Exam

Health exam for major communicable diseases at one of designated hospitals.

STEP 6

Interview

All immigrant visa interviews are conducted at the Guangzhou Consulate.

Visa Issuance
